All of our properties are centrally located and well connected to public transport.
Each space is individually designed, equipped above average standards,
offers a parking space and is managed with consistency, reliability and great care.


WHAT
We currently operate two properties in Basel. A city studio for two guests
located near the Mittlere Brücke, and a design loft for families and groups of up to
five guests in the St. Johann district.

    Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. Villa Solara also features a private pool, while Casa di Limoni has a charming garden and outdoor dining area.

  • How far are the properties from the nearest beach?

    Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello, offering stunning coastal views and access to Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Yes, both Villa Solara and Casa di Limoni have free private parking spaces available for guests.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Villa Solara offers plenty of outdoor space and a private pool, and Casa di Limoni’s peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.
