Cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before the check-in date.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival or in case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.



Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email and are only valid once we have confirmed them in return.
