House rules
1. General Behavior
Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care, as if it were your own home. If anything gets damaged or if something unusual occurs, let us know as soon as possible so we can respond quickly. Out of respect for neighbors, please avoid loud noise, especially between 10:00 PM
and 7:00 AM.
2. Non-Smoking Apartment
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in the stairwell.
3. Visitors
Only the guests registered with the booking may stay overnight in the apartment. Visitors are welcome with prior approval.
4. Pets
Pets are not allowed, unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
5. Kitchen & Waste
Disposal The kitchen is available for your use. Please handle all appliances and utensils with care. Please separate your waste (general waste, PET, glass, paper) and leave it in the apartment upon check-out – our cleaning team will take care of it.
6. Washing Machine & Dryer
Use of the washing machine and dryer is free of charge. Please make sure no laundry is left behind and leave the appliances clean.
7. Keys & Check-Out
In case of key loss, guests are responsible for any resulting costs (e.g. lock system replacement). On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 11:00 AM, sweep clean. Empty the fridge, close all windows, turn off lights, and lock the door.
